To enjoy Cacao & Camellia by the cup, heat 6 oz of water just short of boiling. Place 1 tablespoon of C&C into your cup (with a reusable bag or steeping basket). Pour the hot water over the tea and steep for 3 minutes. You can steep this tea about 4 or 5 times--its character will shift with each steep.
