What are we about, here at Zelda & Bramble Superlative Seasonings? We can talk ad infinitum trying to answer that fully, but it really comes down to something very simple.

We love to cook, and we want you to love cooking, too.

For some of us, it’s fun to ransack the pantry and try a dozen or more spices throughout the week. For others of us—or perhaps all of us during a busy week—we just want to make an easy dish that’s satisfying and gets us to the weekend.

That’s where Z&B comes in. As Abbie likes to say, we take care of all the flavor. You don’t need to worry if something will taste good when you start with our Chili Seasoning, or Creole & Soul Food Seasoning, or the classic Quatre Epices. We’ve made their flavors so big and their profiles so bold that we have that whole flavor thing covered.

We’ve posted a few recipes, as well as a simple ‘zine which you can use to explore our blends. Beyond these starting places, we encourage you to experiment. Try Espresso & Peppercorn Rub on Brussels sprouts, use Herbes de Provence to make a wonderful savory porridge for breakfast, or grind up our Superlative Chai and make some cookies.

Let us know what you do. We love hearing from you!
