Blackening Spice Blend
Redolent chiles, black pepper, and generous herbs summon Louisiana to your kitchen.
Typically used for fish, Blackening Spice Blend adds vigor to grilled portabella caps and tofu.
We blend it from ground chile, smoked paprika, onion powder, black pepper, coriander, oregano, thyme, garlic powder, cumin, cayenne, and white pepper.
Espresso & Peppercorn Rub
Smoky, robust, and earthy, this rub adds depth to any grilled fare. Exceptionally good with fruits--think grilled pineapple slices--and Brussels sprouts.
Contains freshly ground dark roast coffee, brown sugar, black pepper, paprika, sea salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and ground chile.
